Indoor 6000 pairs frame type MDF for LSA module

1) It is used indoor for copper cables. The cabinet is a complete cabinet, consisting of the door, ceiling, base, mounting frames for mounting LSA modules, and with cable guide for wiring and managing of the cables. And all these elements are sealed off among themselves. The cabinet is made of cold rolling steel, with powder coated. It is secure to install the parts of the cabinet.

2) The back mounting frames are made of stainless steel, rustproof, and joined by screws. There are solid terminal on the back mount frame for the connection to the earth. On the frames, hooks and guides and clamps are designed for the wiring and management of the cables. All the necessary parts are included in the cabinet, such as screws, fasteners, bolts etc.

3) The opening angle of the door is > 110°, with an arm to hold it, locking for maximum security and a card holding case is designed on the door for the identification of the inlets and outlets pairs.

System of earthing is provided in the cabinet for sound earthling performances.

Technical Parameters

1) Contact resistance between conductor and contact: under normal ambient conditions, the contact resistance between contacts ≤3 mΩ. After high temperature test, low temperature test, temperature varing test and humidity heat test, the increasing resistance ≤2 mΩ. 3) Gas tight performance: contact touches the conductor at both sides, and thus forming the gas tight area, while the area of gas tight occupies ≥50% of the touched area on each side.

4) Conductor diameter range: 0.32mm-0.6mm, while insulation ≤ 1.4mm

5) Pulling strength:≥25N while pulling from the vertical side of the contacts

6) Flame retardant performance: all plastic parts are flame retardant, reaching grade of UL FV0

7) Silver plating thickness: 0.5um
